6. Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 (five) working days

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 (ten) working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical or operational factors.


7. Customer Dispute & Chargeback Policy

  • Customers may raise disputes through their issuing bank (Visa/MasterCard) within 120 (one hundred twenty) days if:

    • The product or service is not delivered

  • In such cases, SkyX Mart will provide valid proof of delivery and transaction records as required


8. Right to Refuse Returns

SkyX Mart reserves the absolute right to:

  • Reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

  • Withhold refunds in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse


9. Fraud Prevention & Verification

In cases of suspicious transactions or refund requests, SkyX Mart may:

  • Request identity verification documents
