5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways such as SSLCOMMERZ.

6. Delivery Policy
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 (five) working days
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 (ten) working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational or logistical conditions.
7. Return & Refund
- Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy of SkyX Mart.
- Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after approval.
- SkyX Mart reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy requirements.

SkyX Mart reserves the right to:
- Identify and flag suspicious transactions
- Request verification documents (e.g., identification, partial card details)
- Suspend or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud
Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation or payment reversal.
9. Escrow Policy Compliance
For transactions of BDT 5,000 (five thousand) or above:
- Payments may be held in a Trust Cum Settlement (TCS) escrow account
- Funds will be released only after successful delivery confirmation
- Merchants may be required to provide delivery verification documentation
10. User Responsibilities
Users agree:
- Not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activities
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh
11. Limitation of Liability
SkyX Mart shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers
- Loss resulting from incorrect information provided by customers
